• AI video and image generation
• AI audio and speech synthesis
• Text-to-media and media-to-media transformation
• Content editing, enhancement, and sharing features

We may update, enhance, or discontinue certain features at our discretion.

The Services are not designed for regulated industries (e.g., medical, financial, or legal compliance systems).

Use of our APIs or SDKs is subject to additional technical and usage restrictions as outlined in our developer documentation.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Keep your credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspicious activities.

6. Purchases and Payment

By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes via accepted payment methods

9. User Content

• License to Us: By uploading or creating content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, and display the content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services—including code, algorithms, UI design, trademarks, text, images, and AI models—belong to Shanghai Qidian Pixel Information Technology Co., LTD or its licensors.

No license is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party APIs, payment providers, or cloud platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party services and disclaim all liability related to their content, functionality, or data practices.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

By using our Services, you consent to our data practices and cross-border data transfers as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Services operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend operations when necessary.

We are not liable for data loss or downtime.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

• Required by law or regulatory request
• For technical or security reasons

You may also terminate your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, but certain rights and obligations (e.g., license grants, indemnities, and limitations of liability) will survive.

16. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Shanghai Qidian Pixel Information Technology Co., LTD AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of:

• USD $100, or
• The total amount you paid to us in the past six (6) months.

Certain jurisdictions may not allow some limitations; in such cases, these limits apply to the fullest extent allowed by law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shanghai Qidian Pixel Information Technology Co., LTD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably.

If unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC).

The arbitration shall take place in Shanghai, in English or Chinese.

Nothing in this section limits the right of either party to seek interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

20. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
• Assignment: We may transfer these Terms or our obligations without notice. You may not assign them without our consent.
• Third-Party Rights: These Terms shall not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
• Export Compliance: You agree not to use the Services in violation of applicable export or sanctions laws.
