17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Shanghai Qidian Pixel Information Technology Co., LTD AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of:
- USD $100, or
- The total amount you paid to us in the past six (6) months.
Certain jurisdictions may not allow some limitations; in such cases, these limits apply to the fullest extent allowed by law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shanghai Qidian Pixel Information Technology Co., LTD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

If unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC).
The arbitration shall take place in Shanghai, in English or Chinese.
Nothing in this section limits the right of either party to seek interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
20. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
- Assignment: We may transfer these Terms or our obligations without notice. You may not assign them without our consent.
- Third-Party Rights: These Terms shall not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
- Export Compliance: You agree not to use the Services in violation of applicable export or sanctions laws.
